Hi, I found out
about your site from another lady biker in KY. I started riding May, 2002
& started with an '81 750 Virago. Through last summer, I went to a
Vulcan 500 (lasted a month & was too small), then a Vulcan 800, which
I rode to Niagara Falls with my hubby riding his Vulcan Classic 1500.
In May '03 my hubby told me whatever I wanted when I headed to the Kawasaki
Dealer. I went straight to the Vulcan 1500 Drifter. Since this pic was
taken the day I bought the bike at the dealer (they wanted to see my face
when I came back in from the test ride) Lemons couldn't have got the smile
off my face. So, I came home with the Drifter & in between the rain
here I am already for my 1st breakin oil change. All I have added is the
windshield and crashbars w/hwy. pegs. Hoping for better weather than the
spring rain we have been pounded with. Any lady & supportive mates
close to Russell Springs, KY (Lake Cumberland Area) want to go ride just
email us. Or anyone wanting to visit the area, let us know & we'll
