I am brand new to the biker scene. I just purchased my 1986 Honda Rebel. Perfect bike for me the starter, it's reliable and lightweight..and ooh so comfortable. I bought an old rusted, ripped seated, ugly spray painted red bike and made it a beauty (in my eyes that is) I am attaching a picture. I reupholstered the seat myself and freehand drew and sewed the design in the seat. My hubby painted the tank and fenders. Nice job baby! I have added the passenger seat which I have reupholstered and put back on the bike but dont have a pic of it yet. I am gradually replacing parts to help make it shinier and new.. but it can rack up quite a bill, $$$ which I don't have. So I will simply enjoy my quaint lil pink ride. I went to a bike fest, thousands of bikes..not one pink one in site.. I will be an original..I always was. Karen
