Hi, I'm Terri and I'm from Adelanto, Ca. This is my
bike Freedom and she's a 2002 Yamaha V Star 650. After 3 months of
riding I was ready to move up in size so my advice to first time buyers is,
don't spend a lot of money on your first bike because you'll more
than likely grow out of it quick. California has the best riding weather all
year and I'm out there as much as I can be. Most riders out there are
some of the friendliest people I've ever met and I wouldn't change
this lifestyle for anything. If there are any Southern Ca. gals out there

I'd like to recommend a magazine geared toward women riders called Biker Ally. It's a great magazine that comes out every 2 months and has tips on safe riding and upkeep of your bike. It also has articles from women about their experiences riding and can help alot to the new and the experienced rider. The website to get it is BikerAllyMag.com
